Non-Refundable Donations: All donations to the charitable trust are final and non-refundable, as they are voluntary contributions intended to support our mission.
Exceptions for Errors or Fraud: If you believe your donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate payment, incorrect amount), you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review your request and may issue a refund at our sole discretion if an error is verified.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-8 business days and returned via the original payment method.
Donor Discretion: Once a donation is made, it is considered unconditional and non-refundable, except in cases covered under our error policy.
Cancellation of Recurring Donations
Donors may cancel recurring donations (e.g., monthly contributions) at any time by contacting us via email or through our donor portal.
Cancellation requests must be made at least 15 business days before the next scheduled donation to take effect in the upcoming billing cycle. Otherwise, cancellation will apply from the following cycle.
A confirmation of cancellation will be provided once the request is processed.
Prior donations made before the cancellation date are not eligible for a refund.

We respect donor privacy and do not share personal information without explicit consent, except as required by law.
All donor information is securely stored and protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
