Animal Welfare

Caring for All...

According to livestock census data, January 2020, there are over 50 lakh stray cattle in India. Once these animals are not useful to their owners, they become financial burden and are eventually abandoned. Additionally, according to a recent report almost 70% of cats and dogs are living on the streets in India. A lot of pets once raised in homes, suddenly find themselves lost or abandoned on the street, often with lesser chances of survival. Though there are empathetic individuals who care for stray animals, their efforts often fall short due to the sheer number of animals in need.

At Navneet Foundation, we are dedicated to furthering animal welfare by extending compassionate support to both cattle and small animals across Gujarat & Maharashtra. Our commitment involves providing essential care through a comprehensive approach that includes shelter, nourishment, medical treatments, and vaccinations. We focus on addressing critical needs and delivering surgical interventions for stray animals suffering from various ailments. Through these efforts, we strive to ease animal suffering and enhance their quality of life, remaining unwavering in our mission to protect vulnerable animals in our communities.
