Shri Bipin A. Gala began his career in science, specialising in printing technology and management, a path that ultimately led him to become deeply rooted in the operations of Navneet Publications from a young age. Rooted in the values of unity and generosity, Bipinbhai believes in sharing business success to support and uplift underprivileged communities. This commitment to social progress resulted in the establishment of the Navneet Foundation in 2013, a registered NGO dedicated to initiatives focussing on education, healthcare, animal welfare, environmental conservation, community development, disaster management, and more.

Shri Gnanesh D. Gala, Managing Director of NEL, oversees various domains, drawing on more than three decades of corporate expertise. His strategic leadership has significantly strengthened the company and transformed its philanthropy from basic charity into impactful social interventions.
