Fostering Equitable Access...
India is one of the fastest-growing economies globally and has made significant health progress over recent decades. For example, according to World Bank Group data, average life expectancy has increased from 62 years in 2000 to 68 years in 2022, and the rate of infant mortality has significantly decreased from 66 in 2000 to 26 per thousand live births in 2022.
However, despite these encouraging developments in life expectancy and infant mortality rates, many segments of the population remain vulnerable and lack access to quality healthcare. Factors such as socioeconomic status, geographical location, and gender disparities continue to contribute to this challenging situation, leaving a significant portion of the population underserved.
In response to these challenges, Navneet Foundation supports initiatives designed to overcome the barriers in health care ecosystem. The Foundation aims to strengthen access to healthcare delivery through a multipronged approach that includes direct implementation, enhancing infrastructure, partnerships, and adoption of technology and innovation. Our goal is to ensure that everyone, particularly, under-resourced communities receive timely and quality medical attention they need and deserve.
